Liland IT GmbH, based in Ferlach, Carinthia, has developed modular digital platforms for events, communication, digital services and media management since 2004. Its users include federal ministries, provincial administrations and companies across the German-speaking region. The product portfolio comprises three platforms: Liland Cloud for event and communication management, Liland Portal for digital administrative services, and Liland Film Cloud for media and content management. Development, further development, operation and data storage take place in Austria.
Liland Cloud
Event and communication platform. Planning and running events: participant management, registration, invitations and newsletters, accreditation and check-in. The iGov app client is available for iOS and Android.

Platform for digital services. The self-service portal component: appointment scheduling via the Terminmatrix, registrations, applications and forms, resource booking and log-in via ID Austria. Embedded in the organisation's existing website.

Procurement through Bundesbeschaffung GmbH
Available as a call-off under the Bundesbeschaffung GmbH (BBG) framework agreement.
Liland IT GmbH has been a contracting party of Bundesbeschaffung GmbH (BBG), Austria's central purchasing body, since 2022. The first framework agreement was concluded on 16 May 2022; following a new tender, the current framework agreement followed on 31 January 2025 and runs until 2029.

Login via ID Austria and Handy-Signatur, single sign-on through the Stammportal, the Federal Chancellery's central identity portal.

Operation at the Austrian Federal Computing Centre (BRZ) is possible.
