Three platforms for administration, events and media
Liland Cloud for event and communication management, Liland Portal for digital administrative services, Liland Film Cloud for media and content management. All three are modular and are operated in data centres in Austria.
The product portfolio
Liland IT GmbH develops three modular platforms. Liland Cloud handles the administration of events and communication behind the scenes: participant management, invitations, accreditation and reporting. Liland Portal is the interface that citizens and participants see — appointment scheduling, registrations and applications, embedded in each body's own website. Liland Film Cloud manages films, scripts, licences and production data. Cloud and Portal work on the same data and can be used together or separately; Liland Film Cloud is independent of them.
Which platform fits
Liland Portal can be operated on its own. Used together with Liland Cloud, both access the same data: whatever is booked in the portal is immediately available in administration.

Modular.
Each platform consists of modules that are licensed individually. The scope follows the procedure, not a fixed package.
Operation in Austria
Operation and data storage take place by default in data centres in Austria, including backups. The Austrian data centre operator also runs sites worldwide; operation there, at the Federal Computing Centre (BRZ) or in the contracting authority's own infrastructure takes place only by separate agreement.
Embedded, not isolated.
Interfaces follow the corporate design of the respective body — for federal agencies including the federal corporate design guidelines. The platform fits into existing websites.
Vendor-independent.
Development and further development take place in Austria, without dependence on a single vendor. Existing systems can be connected via REST interfaces.
Since 2004.
Liland IT GmbH has been developing software for public administration, events and media since 2004. The Federal Chancellery* has used Liland Cloud, formerly iventcloud, since 2015.

Operation and data protection.
Operation takes place in data centres certified to ISO/IEC 27001. The certification is held by the data centre operator. Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR.
Procurement through Bundesbeschaffung
GmbH
Liland IT GmbH has been a contracting party of Bundesbeschaffung GmbH (BBG) since 2022. The first framework agreement was concluded on 16 May 2022; following a new tender, the current framework agreement followed on 31 January 2025 and runs until 2029.
