Services
From rollout to day-to-day operation
Liland IT GmbH does not supply licences alone. Rollout, adaptation to the particular procedure, operation, training and ongoing support are all part of the service — for Liland Cloud, Liland Portal and Liland Film Cloud.
What Liland provides
Liland IT GmbH develops, operates and supports its platforms itself. The scope of services ranges from documenting the existing procedure, through configuring and adapting the modules, to operation, training and ongoing support. Development, further development, operation and data storage take place in Austria. On request, the platform is instead installed in the contracting authority's own infrastructure and run by its own operations team.
Services in detail
Analysis of the procedure.
The existing process is documented and mapped onto the modules before anything is configured. The result is an assignment of procedural steps to functions, not a product demonstration.
Rollout and configuration.
Setting up the instance, configuring the modules, migrating existing data, and acceptance together with those responsible for the subject matter.
Adaptation and further development.
Procedure-specific requirements are taken into the platform. Terminmatrix and the portal component were created this way on behalf of the Federal Chancellery.
Operation and hosting.
Operation and data storage take place in data centres in Austria, or in the contracting authority's own infrastructure. Updates, backups and monitoring are included.
Training.
Training for users and for administrators, on site or remote, in German or English. On request with a certificate, so that trained staff can go on to train others internally.
Support and maintenance.
Ongoing support for the term of the contract, fault resolution, maintenance of the interfaces and adaptation to changed requirements.
Digital sovereignty
Where administrative data is processed, and who continues to develop the software, has become part of the procurement decision. Liland platforms are designed accordingly.

Processes that exist everywhere
Fields of use I
The modules of Liland Cloud and Liland Portal map processes that are not tied to any one sector. Anyone who invites people, registers them, controls access or allocates rooms faces the same task — whether in a ministry, a university or a company.
Invitation management.
Design personalised invitations, send them on a schedule, automate reminders, track responses.
Participant management and registration.
Self sign-up, waiting lists, participant limits, registration deadlines, confirmations and tickets.
Access control and accreditation.
Ticket with QR code, scan on site, check-in and check-out, zones with their own permissions and capacity limits.
Room and resource booking.
Rooms, places, equipment and staff as bookable resources, with double bookings ruled out.
Appointment scheduling.
Matrix appointment booking from time slots and the places, rooms or contact persons available in parallel.
Contact management.
Record people, organisations and companies once, build groups and categories, maintain the attendance history.

Where particular requirements apply
Fields of use II
Which modules are needed depends on the procedure, not on the sector.
Public administration.
Event and conference management, accreditation with heightened security requirements, appointment scheduling for citizens, application procedures. Login with ID Austria, single sign-on through the Stammportal of the Federal Chancellery, user interfaces in the federal corporate design.
Education, research and professional development.
Schools, universities, research institutions and professional development programmes: course and training administration, enrolment for classes and courses, lecture theatre and room booking, attendance certificates, contact management across year groups. The Province of Styria runs its Event24 training programme on Liland Cloud.
Healthcare, hospitals and care.
Appointment scheduling for outpatient clinics and consultation hours, visitor management, zone access with capacity limits, enrolment for continuing education and training.
Banking and the financial sector.
Access control with graduated zones, accreditation for client and industry events, room and resource booking, invitation management.
Companies in general.
Visitor management at reception, access to buildings and areas, booking of meeting rooms and workstations, internal events and training.
Film and media.
Management of productions, scripts, licences, finances and scheduling through Liland Film Cloud. Liland Film Cloud is integrated into the Lisa Film website.
Procurement through Bundesbeschaffung GmbH
Liland IT GmbH has been a contracting party of Bundesbeschaffung GmbH (BBG) since 2022. The first framework agreement was concluded on 16 May 2022; following a new tender, the current framework agreement followed on 31 January 2025 and runs until 2029. Contracting authorities can call off services directly under it*, without running a procurement procedure of their own. What can be called off is not only licences but also the services described above.
