II. General information on data processing
1. Controller and scope

This policy applies to the website liland.com. It does not apply to the platforms Liland Cloud, Liland Portal and Liland Film Cloud. There, Liland IT GmbH processes data on behalf of its customers; the relevant data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR and the customer's own privacy information apply.

2. Provision of the website, server log data and cookies
Hosting. The website is operated on the Wix platform (Wix.com Ltd., 40 Namal Tel Aviv St., Tel Aviv 6350671, Israel). Wix processes the data on our behalf as a processor.
Server log data. When you access the website, technically necessary data is processed: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser and operating system, referring page. The purpose is the secure and stable delivery of the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Cookies. We set technically necessary cookies on the basis of Section 165(3) of the Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021 (TKG 2021) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We set all other cookies only with your consent via the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings.
Consent management. For the cookie banner and the management of your consents, we use Usercentrics (Usercentrics GmbH, Sendlinger Straße 7, 80331 Munich, Germany) as a processor. This involves processing your choice, the date and time, a consent ID, information about your browser and device, and your IP address. The purpose is to document your consent under Art. 7(1) GDPR; the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
3. Contact form and enquiries by email or phone
If you contact us via the contact form, by email or by phone, we process the information you provide: name, email address, where applicable organisation and phone number, and the content of your message.
The purpose is to handle your enquiry, for example about a demo, documentation or a procurement procedure. Where the enquiry concerns a possible contract, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR; otherwise it is our legitimate interest in responding under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Providing information in the form is voluntary. Without an email address or phone number, however, we cannot reply to you.
4. Recipients, third countries and retention period
Recipients. Your data is accessed only by the staff of Liland IT GmbH who handle your enquiry, and by Wix and Usercentrics as processors. We do not sell data and do not pass it on for advertising purposes.
Third countries. Wix is based in Israel; the European Commission has adopted an adequacy decision for Israel. Wix uses further service providers, including in the USA. Any transfer there takes place on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or EU standard contractual clauses.
Retention period. Wix deletes server log data automatically after a short period. We delete enquiries 12 months after they have been finally dealt with. If an enquiry leads to a contract, we keep the documents for as long as statutory obligations require (for example seven years under Section 132 of the Austrian Federal Fiscal Code, BAO).
5. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.

If you believe that the processing of your data infringes data protection law, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde), Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, dsb@dsb.gv.at.
