Term of the federal framework agreement
Liland IT GmbH has worked for Austrian federal authorities since 2012. The public procurement index has recorded nineteen contracts since 2022, eight of them from the Federal Chancellery. Federal Chancellery
From 2022, Terminmatrix — the module for matrix appointment booking — was built for the Federal Chancellery. Media accreditation within event management followed later, together with the portal component in the federal corporate design. The cooperation covers licences, software development and ongoing maintenance.

The foreign ministry is the contracting authority with the longest documented record. Liland is in use there as an event and communication platform. In 2026 an extension module for the diplomatic missions was added.

Liland IT GmbH has been a contracting party of Bundesbeschaffung GmbH (BBG) since 2022. The first framework agreement was concluded on 16 May 2022; following a new tender, the current framework agreement followed on 31 January 2025 and runs until 2029. Contracting authorities can call off services directly under it, without running a procurement procedure of their own.
